- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was in the ER recently, and for observation as my breathing was difficult. Any way after a trying time, when I call to make an appointment. They tell me I can see only the PA I am given an appointment for Nuclear test. I called back to say...I do not want my insurance to pay the PA as much as the Cardiologist and asked what discount they would show. When none was the answer. I said I refuse to pay for PA equal price. I was told I would be able to get an appointment after the dead line of the ER visit. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Good: people are friendly, convenient location. Bad: absolutely no way to contact them or make an appointment! An old outdated website that is a reflection of the entire "we could care less" approach to patient centered care. As a current patient (former patient now)I called the listed phone number. It rings to some type of call center, where you go through a long decision tree then get a recording that says "our agents are assisting other customers, but leave a call back number and we will return you call in the order it was received". I left my number twice over three days, never heard anything back. So, then went to their website, an outdated old site that is not mobile-friendly. Its 2016 Docs, spend a little on the website! I clicked Contact Us hoping to find an email link, nope no email there. Clicked About Us, they have big graphic with a stock photo that says "make appointment" but that does nothing. Found a small link called "make appointment", clicked that and I brought up a long form. Filled out that form and clicked "send". It was sent but never heard anything back from that! So I found a new Cardio. Their website was breath of fresh air!! Had online scheduling with instant confirmation by email, worked perfectly on mobile devices and had professional navigation and graphics.
